The Thinker of Tender Thoughts

Have you ever had a tender thought? One that grew into a dream, you got really excited about it, then someone make you feel like you shouldn’t do it? I have. It’s very discouraging.

I want you to know that the little flower of an idea you have doesn’t have to be anything extreme. Maybe you want to grow a garden? Maybe you want to get a tattoo? Maybe you want people to see your art? Maybe you long to buy a home for the first time? Maybe you want to start that job…or quit it? Maybe you want to learn guitar? Or work with elephants at the zoo? Or write your first book? Or travel to all 50 US states in a van? Or visit all the breweries in Texas? Or buy a camper and travel? Maybe you want to get married? Start a family? Maybe you want out of a relationship that isn’t serving you? Maybe you want to throw yourself a birthday party? Maybe you want to retire? Maybe you want to take your kid to their very first live concert? Maybe you want to run 3 miles without stopping? Or open a gym? Or teach your child to read? Or start eating more healthy? Or start going to church? Or celebrate Hanukkah?……

Whatever it is, don’t let the naysayers tell you to cut off those tender thoughts. Let them grow. ✌🏻🩷🎨🕊️🕊️🕊️
